DEPRESSION

My heart goes out to every hard worker engulfed in the cold-mourning-room of depression. I've been there too.

Depression is not laziness, same way vulnerability is not stupidity.

Depressed people are not stupid people, they are people vulnerable to the torments of the world. When sufficient discipline to surmount pressure isn't inculcated, the result is a break down (depression).

A young lady with a vision to do exploits narrated her non-fictional story of how she opted out of her regular job to pursue that which was her life assignment. She started off not prepared for the negativity/persecution knotted with "The Path To Getting It Right" which is usually lonely as well, fell into the confiscating hands of depression, locked herself up for 10 days and nights and wept profusely.
...Then, the WORD of God showed up, consoled her, strengthened her for the task ahead, and eventually rose her to an enviable level she least expected.

Depressed people are victim of self pity who focus on the negative (bad debt, cyber bullying, back stabbing friends, loss of a dear one, divorce, isolation, emotional melt down, stereotype etc) leveled against them, and base their lives upon these negative feedback.

Depression is the highest rating factor of mentally induced sicknesses which manifests into physical sicknesses, such as: weight loss, obesity, diabetes, cancer, etc. which may lead to death. It's a real life situation.

Never roll over and play dead in front of the devil (naysayers), you'll empower him (them) even more to torment you harder. Rather, larch unto{ Philippians 4:6 AMP}-
"Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything (every circumstance and situation) by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your (specific) requests known to God."

...bearing in mind that tough times don't last, but tough people do.

Have a Rewarding day guys! May you find happiness doing that which is in line with your divine calling, Amen.
