DISCERNMENT

Discernment is the ability to judge well.

I know of a 'self-acclaimed' sensitive person who acts upon his emotion. He literally believes and defends anyone he holds in high esteem. A pitiful face and a motivational plea would cajole him as well.

A friend of his once asked for an amount of money to ''execute a business deal'' and this ''self acclaimed'' sensitive being emptied his savings for his friend who went on to invest the fund in MMM(the supposed business deal). *funny and worrisome right?

Anchor Scripture:{Ephesians 1:17-19}
Paul advised, "Ask the God of our master, Jesus Christ, the God of glory, to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally, your eyes focused and clear, so that you see exactly what He is calling you to do, grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life He has for His followers, oh, the utter extravagance of His work in us who trust Him.''

Are you sensitive enough to recognize a prudent person in a world filled with acute pretenders? or are you easily cajoled into the numerous ''stories that touch the heart'' that never elude the lips of the present generational breed who are engulfed in greed and selfishness?
God will never entrust in your custody daring tasks to execute, if you are a victim of perpetual manipulation.

Sensitivity is strongly knotted to the Spirit of Discernment which is a gift of the Holy Spirit.

Are you sensitive enough to discern 'right' from 'almost right'?
Think about it.
