CRY!

I don't know about you, but crying helps me ease off especially when my heart is full.

*Don't worry, I ain't crying, neither did I cry yesterday. Oh! I remember, I cried briefly yesterday over a slight mix up, I'm petty like that. lol
The slight crying didn't inspire me to sculpt today's post, rather a beautiful soothing song was the inspiration behind it.

Anchor Scriptures
Ecc 3:4:"There is a time to weep and a time to laugh; A time to mourn and a time to dance."

Mathew 5:4: "Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted."

It's okay to mourn, wail, yell... cry.

Let it out! Let it go! And you'll be just fine!

Crying heals (slowly but surely)
Crying strengthens
Crying reassures
Crying rejuvenates
Crying admonishes
More so, it is an act of self examination.

Crying is a proof that you're still breathing. So keep breathing.

It's okay to exercise those tear glands you know. It flushes both the physical and psychological dirt that's been piled up for a while.

Our hearts can be broken but our spirit cannot. The spirit is accrued with the responsibility of tarnishing darkness to unleash light, this way transforming mourning into merry.

Different people cry for different reasons. Whatever your reason(s) is (are), may God the mighty physician heal you of your infirmities.

It's okay to lose who you were to discover who you ought to be, and if you''ll have to cry yourself a river to unveil that innate abilities deposited by God the Father himself (to his dearly beloved children), then cry all you want!

Cry with a purpose and for a purpose.

#No crocodile tears is allowed though
