THE MYSTERIES OF ANSWERED PRAYERS!

Often times, answered prayers happen in mysterious ways. As humans, we tend to have an idea or manufacture a strategy on how to solve a problem. Most times our desires come through but not the way we had intended it to fall in place. Interestingly, God’s plan always supersedes man’s plan and is beyond human comprehension, no matter how much we try to crack the puzzle.

The mystery of an answered prayer cannot be explained, reason why human beings attempt to explain the workings of God but can never outline or state the process of His workings and the eventual result.

Indeed, God's work pattern are shrouded in mysteries to prove that He is God, this way, no one born of a woman gets the glory! We often spend quality time engaging in prayer of supplication; earnestly praying that God comes through for us in particular area(s) of our lives but most times, we cannot deal with His majestic Modus Operandi. Our patience level is flawed and we show up with insufficient barns when the blessings begin to rain.

Anchor Scripture: {Ephesians 3:20}

"Now unto Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us." 

At a time in my life, I earnestly prayed to God to give me peace in my place of service, as it was becoming a toxic setting. God did the imaginable by permitting my removal from this cherished duty post of mine which I once envisioned to occupy and tagged ''my answered prayer'' when I initially got the offer. 

Overtime, I realized that the situation surrounding this "eye candy" position wasn’t the perfect spot, but with hearty cheers and continual hard work, I tallied on and prayed to God to perfect it. After all, with God everything is possible, I sermonized.

On that "dream" job, I was betrayed by the one person I went all out for and loved unconditionally. I felt used and abused but after shedding a few tears, venting to a few confidant, writing about how I felt and praying to God about it, I recovered from the hurt the next day. I’m often accused of moving on too soon. And this event was no exception!

Since then up until now, my peace level has skyrocketed, my vision has become clearer, my new space is so healthy; void of toxicity and God has been coming through for me at different levels. Answered prayers, right? But I failed to understand God’s ways!

If I was given another opportunity to return to that "dream" job, I’ll vehemently scream a big no! It’s funny how we get out of draining relationships, only to realize how much time we lost, settling.
Good news! God came through for me with an upgrade and that was my answered prayer.

Every time  we surrender ourselvcommit our heart desires to God and TRUST Him with the process,

cutest, most assured and the most beneficial. You’ll see eventually.

Every time we surrender our lives, commit our greatest desire and wholly entrust our process to God, He answers in mysterious ways. And that's the beauty of our God.
